Charles Ogar has been a full-time dancepreneur since May 14, 2014 after being fired from his IT job. He is currently the longest-standing urban kiz instructor in North America. He runs a membership site for online kiz lessons . He has organized 5 annual international kiz festivals with the last two reaching over 500 attendees, pre-COVID. He loves to nerd out about musicality, history, fundamentals, teaching, training, and more in dance.
